This page tells you what data we use, why we use it and what rights you have. We follow the GDPR and Latvian law.

1. Who is in charge of your data

Wunder is a brand of KG Models SIA. You can use this site without telling us who you are.

2. When you apply on Instagram

This site has no form. To apply, you send us the word “Application” on Instagram.

We then see what you send us. That is your name, your handle, your profile and your messages. We use it to answer you, look at your page and set up your first call.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. These are steps before a contract. Please do not send ID, bank details or passwords.

Instagram is run by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. Instagram uses your messages under its own rules.

If we do not start working together, we delete your application data once we no longer need it.

3. Cookies

When you first visit, a banner asks if we may use cookies. If you say no, we save your no in a small cookie. Google tools then run in a limited mode without cookies. They only count the visit.

If you say yes, we use cookies to measure our ads and make this site better. Then these tools load:

  • Google Analytics and Google Ads, by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
  • Meta Pixel, by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

The legal basis is your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. We save your choice for 30 days. You can change or take back your choice at any time.

Google and Meta may also process this data in the United States. Both take part in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Server log files

Each time you open a page, our host stores some data in log files. This can be your browser, your system, the page you came from, the date and time, your IP address and your internet provider.

We use this data to show the site, keep it safe and help the police after an attack. We do not use it to find out who you are. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Our host is Render Services, Inc., United States.

5. Videos

Some videos come from YouTube. They load only when you press play. Then your device connects to Google. Google gets your IP address and device data. The player uses youtube-nocookie.com.

6. When you email us

If you email us, we store what you send to reply to you. Our email runs on Google Workspace, by Google Ireland Limited.

7. Creators we work with

When we work together, we use the data we need for the work. That is your contact details, your stats, your content and the messages on your page. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

8. How long we keep data

We keep data only as long as we need it, or as long as the law tells us to. Then we delete it or block it.

For contract and tax records, the law sets the time. After that, we delete the data, unless we still need it for a contract.

9. Your rights

You have these rights under the GDPR:

  • To ask if we use data about you, and to get a free copy of it.
  • To have wrong data fixed.
  • To have your data deleted.
  • To limit how we use your data.
  • To get your data in a common format and take it elsewhere.
  • To say no to how we use your data. For marketing, you can do this at any time.
  • To take back your consent at any time. This does not change what we did before.

You can also complain to the data protection office. In Latvia, this is the Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).

10. Why the law lets us use data

Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR covers what we do with your consent. Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR covers what we need for a contract. Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR covers what the law makes us do, like tax records. Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR covers our own fair interest. That is to run our business well for our team and our owners.

11. Must you give us data?

Some data is needed by law or by a contract. To work with us, you give us the data the contract needs. Without it, we cannot work together.

12. Automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you by machine alone. If you accept cookies, Google and Meta may use them to show you ads that fit you.
